Singer, Laser Storm Ripoff No response via phone, email or fax for return of my money for products returned Los Angeles, California Fulfillment Center Singer Tennessee

I agreed to puchased only ONE Singer Laser Storm vacuum cleaner via telephone conversation during their infomercial on 6/10/05.

Two were delivered to me in August. Since I ordered only ONE I returned one vacuum on 8/15/05. It was received at Los Angeles via Priority mail w/Delivery Confirmation.

A few days later I went to use the 2nd vacuum and it did not work. I tried to contact the Singer company to ask about the procedure to return a defective vacuum. I could not reach a human being on the phone. I've spent endless hours listening to terrible music while waiting for a service voice to answer.

As per their automated telephone instruction, I emailed to customercare@singerlazer several times only to get an autoresponder which said: "Thank you for your inquiry. A customer care representative will personally respond to your email within the next 24 hrs to provide you with the level of service that you can expect with the Singer Brand". There was never any type of response.

I then faxed my whole story to the Singer Co in TN on 10/9/05. To this date, 10/22/05 I have never received ANY response by phone, email or fax with reference to the money owed me for the return of two LazerStorm vacuums (extra one sent to me in error & one that was defective). I am due a Total of $222.10 from the Singer Co. (Credit card charge of $176.85 plus $45.25 in shipping costs).
