I ordered their vacuums which was a but one get one free deal along with puchasing 3 filters and I was supposed to recieve a steamer for free. I recieved 4 vacuum cleaners 1 month later, no filters and no free gift but I payed more than twice as much.
I called 1800 711-8357 and after being on hold for 30 min. I spoke to Gail who told me to send the 2 extra vacs back and they would refund my money for the shipping which was $46.90. That has been 3 weeks ago. Now no one answers the number and after you're on hold for an hour it automaticly shuts off.
I am highly frustrated and disappointed in my decision to purchase these weak vacs.

Ask them to reverse the charges.
Pack up your box and take it to FedEx and mail it back the address you have. This will only cost you about $17 and this includes a charge for Direct Signature which means that only someone from that company can sign for the package.
Don't feel bad, a lot of us trusted the Singer name and made the same mistake you did. Go to Singerco.com and read the consumer alert that they have filed against this company because of all the complaints like mine and yours.
