Singer, Lazerstorm Fullment deceptive sales promotions, ripoff Los Angeles California

Ordered two Singer Lazer Vacs on their website with an informercial stating a free steamer with each vacumn purchase. The vacumns came a couple of weeks later with no "free" steamers.

I called and the first two times I was told their was no record of my purchase, and after I said I had paperwork in my hand stating I did actually receive the two vacumns but not one "free" steamer included. They them told me they no longer had the deal, it was buy one vacumn get one free now.

After many repeated calls they told me they would send one steamer as I techincally ony paid for one vacumn,(rip off) but I have as of 11/11/05 haven't received that steamer yet. I have disputed it with my credit card company and still haven't resolved it and probably never will and pay full price for the two vacumns.

They have since changed their website which was a big surprise so the informercial is no longer there. I just wanted the free stemers along with the vacumns for jewerly cleaning.

I have given up calling them as they give a diffeerent story each time. I was given a customer service # on the bottom of the invoice 18007118357 where I started calling and then two others numbers for the run around process 18005796116 or 18007168667
