I know that singer22.com is a big company in USA, that's why i trust them and start to buy stuff online from them, but soon I realize that since they know my location is Indonesia, then they start messing around with my order and then, they purposely gave me faulty product which can't be returned.

My order was crystal clear, that I want 1 clutch in red and 1 clutch in black, but they gave me 2 red clutch and 1 of them already had many scratches and there's few decorations on the clutch that's missing.

When I mail singer22 first time and ask how come they sent 2 reds , they just simply replied that nothing they can't do , because items already shipped. and I got even disappointed when the items arrived and there's 1 that already faulty. I mailed them the second time, but no reply from them at all.

Then I check their website reputation , apparently many online shopper had the same experience I had. My suggestion, better be extra careful if you want to buy their merchandise, especially for online shopper , and your location outside US, better forget about it.

I hope that I can get my money back, but I don't think they will anything about it.

This is in response to the complaint posted. The order was placed by this consumer on May 7th, she had in fact ordered two red clutches. 

The Order Confirmation email is sent within several minutes of placing the order, and was sent to the consumer at 6:54am. We were only contacted by the consumer at 4:45pm, stating that she did not mean to order two of the red, and if we could change one of the red clutches to the Black. However, we did not have the Black available in stock.

At this point her order was already packed up and ready to ship. We explained to her that as per our policy, we cannot make order modifications once the order has been dispatched to be shipped. She then confirmed that she understands and would like both of the red clutches shipped to her. All this was confirmed by email.

This order was shipped out on May 7th, and was received on May 11th. We did not hear from the customer until May 25th, stating that one of the bags is damaged, and that we shipped her the wrong items. This is after she emailed us confirming that she would like both red clutches shipped. 
 
All of our products are inspected several times prior to shipping in order to meet our high quality control standards. If upon receipt of her package there was a damaged item, why wait two weeks to contact us?

Regardless, as stated in our policy, we do not offer refunds and handbags are usually Final Sale.
As an attempt to accommodate the customer we told her to send it back to us, and we will happily issue her an Online Store Credit. We did not deny her the return, we simply do not issue refunds. 

As a reputable online retailer, we take the utmost pride in our customer service. In regard to us messing around with her order when we realized it's International, we are not sure what she is referring to as both of her orders were shipped to California addresses.
