Ordered the buy one vac, and get one free. Also was supposed to receive a steam cleaner as a bonus, and I went ahead and ordered the accessories for it at a cost of $20.00. Also purchased the extended warranty on both vacs, and the extra filters.

I was quoted 284.82 on the phone, and had set it up to be paid in three payments. I was billed 333.90 all at once,and about two weeks later I received a box from Fedex that contained four vacs. I managed to get through one time to customer service, and was told that if I returned the two vacs back to the warehouse they would credit my account $159.00.

I stumbled across the complaints on Rip-off reports, and held on to the vacs. Since then they hit my account again for an additional $ 79.90. I've cancelled my check card to prevent further donations to these a--holes.
