My complaint is EXACTLY the same as all the other reports.
Do NOT use this company.
Also, I just wrote the In your Corner Team @ KFOR about this company - you should contact them as well.
I was sickened when I saw Mr. Carrol-manager for SS Dating on their news show last night 2/12/08 making claims about how the company is the best place to go becuase they do background checks, great customer service, etc. Give me a break!
I also encourage all of you to contact the Better Business Bureau in OK. Although, the BBB does show several complaints on this company, it shows them in good status...this should not be the case.
Don't be embarrassed, these people are nothing more than preying on your weaknesses, placing judment on you for your dating criteria, taking your hard earned money and making YOU feel like YOU are the one who is the "hard to please" customer.
Do the right thing and make your voice heard!!!

We need more information about them to be able to help you. For instance, what exactly did they do to you? How did they rip you off? You kind of rambled here and we need more information than you have provided.
