Singles Travel International No way this should happen Miami, Florida

Singles Travel International is the only singles vacation club (or travel company) that displays the complete profile of every traveler on each tour.  Those profiles are completed by the individual to disclose information about themselves that they'd like to share.  Due to privacy and discrimination laws, Singles Travel International only has access to information provided by members.  We are not clear about the basis for Robert's request to "screen" members, we are a tour company, but again, refer to the profiles that he and others had access to see before they even purchased the vacation.  

When I was called, Robert said that some of the ladies were talking about one of the men as being creepy.  I recommended that they avoid being in his presence and that generally, people are adults and that they would likely steer away from anyone that wasn't enjoyable to be around.  They were at a resort and were free to tour, eat, go out etc. anywhere in Playa del Carmen.  He never used the phrase sexual predator or further explained that creepy was dangerous or harmful.   

As a final note, the accused has traveled with Singles Travel International on other occasions and we have never received a report about him.  Our policy is that members are removed from the privilege to travel once a report is filed. We talk to the offending party about the incident and a decision is made.  After 32 years in business with an A+ rating, it is our experience that there are 3 sides to every story. We seek the truth in every case and thank Robert for his participation in the process.
