IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PAST you cannot sign up for a month and then try to cancel. They will tell you that since you previously paid for their service you FAIL TO QUALIFY FOR THE FREE MONTH PROMOTION. This happened to me personally.
