Hi, about Sinuswars products I do not have much to comment although there after sales support and logistic choice has spoken volumes about the company and its ideals.

So friends, if you are planning to order anything from Sinuswars make sure you are not located out of US, otherwise they make choice of some local courier company and as in my case if the courier service fails to do their work properly, then they penalize you for it by not refunding the complete money ( minus courier service cost and handling charges), further making refunds of money after return of the product to their warehouse.

BTW it’s been 3 months since I placed order and did not receive the product, nor refunds and despite 20 odd mails, some 11 reminders. All I get in return is not answers to my questions, but some stale responses from a back end team who are least connected or concerned. They need to realize they are in health business and care for customer’s needs is to be a prime responsibility.

They have a very irresponsible back end team who are least concerned about health needs of a consumer. I strongly do not suggest Sinuswars! Pl beware.

After searching our systems we have received a total of 15 emails from yourself with regards to your order from the date of your order. Of these 15 emails, 9 were answered and a reply sent back to yourself regarding your order. Both tracking numbers were also supplied in more than one email to yourself, one local and one international tracking number.

The original DHL tracking number is GM295325212102183668

The international tracking number is RX551740234DE

Your order was shipped out via DHL which is a reputable shipping enterprise. When tracking your order via DHL and Malaysia Post, a delivery was attempted on the 17th of October 2016 at 10:51 am and 7:27 pm respectively. As a result of DHL not being able to deliver to the address duly supplied by yourself on your order form and after some time of your order being held the shipper, the item was shipped back to sender by DHL on the 21st of November 2016.

We have to date not received the returned item at our warehouse from DHL to progress any further with this matter.

SinusWars would like to apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced however will only be able to progress once the returned item has been received at our warehouse.  Correspondence in connection with this was email to yourself on the 23rd of November and 05th of December 2016.

SinusWars has been successfully treating sinus conditions for over 9 year and often bends over backwards to make sure that each and every client is satisfied with our company and products.
