I went to google and typed in the word "posters".   I was out to get some 11x17 posters for my band. This place "Sir Cooper" was among the top hits.  I checked a few out but I liked SC's prices.  I will be honest...I read the ONE strike against them about the women who claimed the paper quality was crap.  So I made SURE I ordered glossy card stock.  I ordered on a Friday. Now of course thats not the best best day to order something from a business. Nevertheless they took my email and made me an account (or it claimed) when I ordered.  I wasn't born yesterday so I made sure I got my "tracking number". hehe  No email confirmation....nothing. By that Monday evening I noticed in my online bank statement they had taken the money and it was processed. Why didn't I get an email? So I go to their site. Tried to log into my account using the password I gave at the time of order and it wouldn't accept it.  No worries right?  Turns out the email I gave them when I ordered was not in the system.  No worries right?  So I called them with the number they gave. After 15 minutes on hold and no answer I hung up.   No worries right?  I sent them an email at the service email they give and gave them my confirmation number and broke down what I ordered and the total and my address once again and attached the jpg so anyone with common sense could have taken the order all over again right there in the email in the event they just somehow lost my order.   Another day goes by....nothing.  So now I am beginning to worry. I call them again. This time I wait a full twenty minutes or so and finally the answering machine come on and said something to the effect of "the party you are trying to reach is not at their desk this call will end" and it hung up on me.  Thats TWO business days in a row when there is NO holidays and it was well within times of operation when I called. SO....I email again that evening (Tuesday) and I tell them this time firmly that if they don't make an attempt to email me back by the next day I am going to the better business bureau soon.  And here I am filing out this rip off report.     The other lady who had issues said it was just crappy paper with her order. I just can't seem to "get" anyone there but they can easily get my money.   Forget what anyone else says about Sir Cooper....I just know in MY EXPERIENCE with them.......my first impression is they are a shady business that doesn't respect or care about its customers and it DEFINITELY doesn't deserve to be in the top 3 Google hits for the word "posters"..........BE WARNED!!!

The posters finally came in the mail today.  The posters look good and I don't have any issue with the paper they are printed on.   Looks good.      However I still think this company scores low because of its extremely poor customer service or lack there of all together.  As of today they still haven't sent one email when I have sent them about 2-3.  I won't be back.  I was VERY tempted to order some more posters from some one else and glad now I didn't.  The lack of communication by phone and email from Sir Cooper would have cost me money by having me place an order for more posters somewhere else not knowing if I had been ripped off or what. Creating a total unnecessary alternate order all because they were too unprofessional to reply to my emails or answer my calls.  The bottom line is if you don't care about getting email confirmations, or getting individual emails answered, or not reaching live agents when you call, and you don't have any kind of deadline what so ever, and just wanna save a buck? Sir Cooper may be right up your alley.....
