There is no way that was Tom himself who replied to that. I'm sure that he actually does care about such a horrible review, but there is no way in hell he would type so unprofessionally. I know from MULTIPLE occasions of personal experience there is no way he would treat a customer like that. There has never been a single time that I was unhappy with the work done here, and my family has been going here since the day the shop opened. The very few times that some other problem has been discovered while having a repair done to any of my vehicles, he has gone through extensive measures every single time to make sure I am satisfied with the job. I am currently going to school to be a mechanic myself and any time I run into an issue I cannot resolve there is no hesitation to go straight to Sir Thomas! I will bet just about anything the person who left this horribly misleading review doesn't know the first thing about an automobile and didn't pay attention to anything Tom told him during the repair. Are you not aware that when undergoing repairs there is a very big chance other problems will arise that have to be fixed in order for the original repair not to go bad again? Of course you were! The one thing I will say is that Tom is always confident and doesn't take crap from a customer for no reason. I know he will not hesitate to admit a mistake-- the very few that there are. But no way would he let some novice screw him over. That is all I have to say! Sir Thomas Automotive is nothing short of an amazing shop!!!!

I hope that the rebuttal was not actually from Sir Thomas himself...because there is a lot of negative energy coming from that man. My suggestion is that you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with a copy of this site and your ebay account. Sir Thomas may even be looking at some legal problems for his remarks about you as a person on a public forum.

He was informed every step of the the way. Buys truck at auction and is mad at me then writes check on bad account and jerks me around for 2mos till the da issuses warrant(that is still and will reamin in effect)Then tries to send part of the money. Ticket stated that truck need alternator he takes truck and changes him self but again my fault. Yes went to his ebay site but what about the feedbacks that are not mine? After truck fixed then he tells me about invoice in truck from past owner with est for the same work we ended up doing. Just a typical deadbeat tring to beat people and got caught.
