Sirius Radio Rebates don't come Indianapolis Indiana Nationwide

I have been waiting since Oct 2007 for my 2- 149.99 rebates. I have 4 radios and I can't believe that they are treating me this way.

I called them on Dec 18th and they told me that I would have my money by Dec 29th so I waited untill Jan 10th 2007 and they told me that my rebates were being denied because I didn't send in the proper UPC codes but I have photo copies of everything that I sent them and they admited that they had made a mistake and that they would do an over ride and I would have my money in a week or two. It is now Jan 29th and I called again and they now tell me I should have my money by March 10th.

I believe that my money is gone, can I get my credit card company involved and get them to refund my money since Sirius didn't up hold their end of the deal?

I love the music but I'm very unhappy about the rebates.
