I paid 500$ on 12th of November 2014 for:

Digital Marketing Service - (Brazil PopUnder Promotion)

The campaign started some days later with few traffic received. Around 4$ of budget.

I'm trying to contact them since November to have a refund. They're cheating me since three months saying (1 time per month they answer): "yes tomorrow we refund". Never happened. Searching online it's not the first time that these guys scam people.
