Be careful as their descriptions are not always what they seem.  If you get something you did not want, they are NOT very workable to resolve the problem. Sisalrugs.com do not want to work with their customers and once they get your money you are out of luck. If you choose to take a chance and order from them, BE VERY CAREFUL and VERY SPECIFIC as you may not get what you think.  Personally, I would NEVER do business with them again as I received something I did not want and told them when I ordered.  I still got what I did not want and when I called to discuss the problem with them I was given one option of me having to pay to return item.  I do not think I should have to pay shipping again(when I paid to have it shipped to me) when the item was NOT what I asked for and TOLD THEM. BE CAREFUL

At Sisal Rugs Direct, we work really hard and do everything that we can to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their transaction. Our return policy is clearly stated on our website.

As over 50% of our business is custom, we do tell our customers that custom rugs are not returnable. As a service to our customers, so that they know exactly what they will be receiving, we offer FREE samples of all of our products before they order. Also, even though we have a stated policy that custom rugs are not returnable, we usually will let a customer return the rug. We offer FREE shipping, but do not offer FREE return shipping unless there is a problem with the rug.

 Our rugs are very large and the shipping can cost $80-$200 per rug. We have been in business online for over 15 years and have thousands of satisfied customers.
