Purchased the Permaplate package as part of my auto purchase.  The Sales individual said any problem with our windshield they will fix it or replace it.  We called up about a year after purchase and paying monthly to have our claim denied.  

The reason was because even though my window cracked from a rock in the road and the hail exasperated the situation they don't cover acts of weather.  Never mind it wasn't caused by the weather.  Good to know.  We called within 3 weeks of the crack, 4 days of the storm and they don't care.  Shady don't waste your money you will need to go through insurance anyway.  Read the multiple rip off reports on their various products and practices,
