This is an internet light store called Sistemi di Luce that is, to the best of my personal knowledge, a complete fraud.  They advertise Flos, Artemide and other designer lighting and lamps, wall sconces etc but never ship.  Flos, the company that manufacters the lights that I ordered and paid over 1200 euros to Sistemi di Luce for, told me that they are not authorized dealers of their lamps, have never ordered Flos lamps from them and that they are currently in a lawsuit against the owner, Sandra Maffezzoni (she is also on Facebook with her company on her facebook page) to stop representing their name on her web site.

They advertise the lighting for a competitive, if not cheap, price.  You order and pay and then wait the 5-25 business days.  Finally, in the midst of ones busy life, you realize that the lighting never arrived so you email, they respond and state that they are simply waiting for delivery from their suppliers, to be patient and  that they will call you when the product arrives.  It never arrives, of course, they never contact you.  You email again, more delay tactics, you telephone and ask for the owner but get just an employee called "Alice" who has no idea, supposedly, what's going on.  And so on and so forth because in Europe, once you've passed the three month limit, you can no longer claim fraud against a charge on your Visa and they get clean away with your money and no recourse, no problems for them.  You still have no lights.

She is very clever at using self branding, search engines and internet marketing to hide the various fraud reports filed by the many unhappy customers who were conned by her into sending her their credit card information and paying for lighting she never ships.  She paid 100 euros to a company called PressWire to represent that some sort of "News Release" was done on her company, but it's all fake.  She also supposedly started Sistemi di Luce Magazine which merely plagiarizes articles written about various designers and twitters them (yes, she is also on Twitter) to people for more coverage.

There is Secure Visa, Bonifico Bankario, Visa, American Express and other stamps of secure internet purchasing on the bottom of her web site.  They are all fakes.  When they are real, you can click on them and be directed straight to the Visa site, for example.

I don't know what else to do, to say.  She scams everyone, Italians, Americans, Brits, French, everyone to my knowledge.  She is scum. She is trash and has no conscience about stealing.  She claims, on her Facebook page, she loves both Gucci and Botox so I guess that's where my money has gone.
