Client 05/27/2010 06:57 Tommy when are they gonna resolve this issue it's really damaging my radio station,if you have ever ran a radio station you know what its like to loose listeners and you know it will be difficult to get em back please if you can move me to a different server id appreciate it it's been ove 17 hours since my station has been down ,i understand you dont like me opening tickets but to me this is legit if it was your station you would be upset to i would appreciate anything you can do for me if my ip's change so beit ill fix that but this is d**n crazy

IP Address: 99.174.208.101 SWS Admin Staff 05/27/2010 07:03 It'll be restored in the next hour, howere you"l not be dealing with us anymore, 42 tickets have been opened in the last 3 weeks, we can not manage you anymore, the reason they told me this all the tickets i opend was for fixes and issues but yet they complain because i opend tickets my station was down 31 hours was avg 300 listners after it went down itunes and media tuner threatin to remove my station

 i'll drop the dispute if you get me up and running and ill move on with whom ever your turning me over to just didnt think i should have endured what im going thru you could have offerd a new server other than waiting on that other 1 if you dont get me running then we are where we are but 30+ hours no one should be down that long

so see when i escalated it thru paypal he threatin me and told me to close it or else

so buyer beware stay clean of MyAutoDj or sitecreatorz he told me his servers never crashed nor did they ever have any issues i come on board and well the rest is history again stay clear of these so called server providers
