Signed up for Sitegrond hosting and everything went fine. I then signed up for their SSL certificate and after waiting over ten days and continuing to receive the run around from their support staff as to why it was not installed. I informed them that I was going to cancel the SSL certificate since they failed to provide the service and requested a refund.

What they did next was to suspend my hosting service with them after the web site was already up and running and paid for. Good thing for backups.

These guys are immoral and deceiving. It does not take two weeks for a SSL, went to another hosting company and received the SSL certificate in one day.

These guys are SCUM!!
