As a former employee of SIU COnsultant Group, I would rather slit my wrist than work another day under Julian Huerta.  AFter reading this report, you might think I am an angry ex-employee who got fired.  That's not the case.  II gave my 2-week notice and quit because there was no way I could work for Julian Huerta another day.

The company as a whole is a good company. I enjoyed working with Dennis (oversees the surveillance department) and Mike (over sees HR) and Melissa and Isaac (editors in the office).

Julian preaches that he is the BEST at everything...yet....reality is he knows nothing about investigations.  Most importantly, he has ZERO people skills.  Julian Huerta is a "car salesman" and a complete fraud.  He lies to his clients on a daily basis and I find it hard to believe that they buy into his BS.  Julian is the master "Bait & Switch". He lies to EVERYONE!!! His clients. Future/prospect clients. His employees.

During the short time I worked for Julian, this is what I learned and when I discovered Julian was a fraud:

1) Claims to have over 10 years of investigative experience.  I called his former employer (Apex Investigations) and they said his job was Sales.  They said he only worked in the field as an investigator for about 7 months and was so horrible at it, they pulled him from that position and put him in Sales.

2) Claims to have a college degree from Sacramento State University.  I called the school and learned that Julian dropped out of school and NEVER earned a degree.

3) Julian preaches about integrity and treating people right.  I learned (and verified through the court) that Julian Huerta is a deadbeat dad and owes a lot of money in back child support.  If he cannot treat his children good, I guess it was no shock that he would treat his employees bad.

4) Julian sells SIU Consultant Group as a "nationwide" company.  The company only has 2 or 3 investigators in California and 1 investigator in Arizona.  Julian is using subcontractors on EVERY case outside of CA & AZ.  Julian mostly uses Advantage Surveillance, who is headquartered out of North Carolina, to work all the cases outside of CA & AZ.

5) Julian sells to his clients that he is the "founder" and "partner" in SIU Consultant Group. Julian is merely an employee who acts like he is the CEO.  Julian has no legal interest in SIU Consultant Group.  The company is owned and incorporated under the name Sandra Lopez.  Sandra is the wife of Mike in HR.

I learned real fast that the only way to work under Julian Huerta is to act like his puppet.  Julian will tell you how to dress, how to speak, how to walk, who to talk to, how to interact with others, etc & etc.  Julian will tell you his way is the "only way" and his way is the reason he is so successful.  Successful my a*s.....they guy cannot pay his child support and doesn't have a pot to piss in as far as money.  Julian claims to be the greatest of all trainers.  Julian's idea of training is spending 1 day with you.  He hands you something to read and expects you to be an expert at your job after reading something, while during the whole time, Julian spends all his time talking on his phone selling bullshit lies to his clients.

I hope anyone who is thinking of applying to SIU Consultant Group and working under Julian Huerta reads this report before quiting a job and accepting a job from Julian.  You will REGRET it immediately as Julian's TRUE colors will show after a day or two.
