6ave store in 331 RT-4 west, Paramus, NJ-07652, first sold my dad a used DVD player. When he complained they exchanged it for a new DVD player (Coby dvd7307) on 11/25/06.He was charged $128 for the DVD player. But when I looked at the 6ave website the same DVD player is advertised for $108.This is not their promotional price. This is their regular price. we went to the store within their 30 day exchange policy on 12/24/06 & 12/25/06 to get back the difference in price, but the store was closed on those days due to Christmas. So we went on 12/26/06 to get the difference in price. The customer service manager refused to return back the difference in price. I explained to him that I came two days before within 30 day limit, but he said ''that is not his problem''. There ave misleading advertising on their website and different price for th same item on the store.They ripped us $20 for the dvd player we brought.
