SJT Resumes Won't refund my credit card Maryland Delaware

Signed up for $1.00 on resumegenius to help build my resume, nevedr used it. They are charging my credit card $39.99 a month for there services I don't use, they won't refund my money, they say I should have canceled within the 1st month, they have threatened me saying I am accusing them of fraud and they will ruin my credit!

I've been out of work for almost a year and their services never helped me at all! they also included an international conversion fee on my credit card, I have no idea what country they are sending the money too if their offices are here in the USA! I gave in, told them they won, I'll pay the money, I canceled my credit card learned my lesson the hard way.

They claim there wasn't any small print, I never once saw I'd be charged, I thought it was a time small fee helping someone out, instead they are ripping off people that are out of work and can't pay their bills. These people are nothing but thiefs!
