This company sold me a defective camera which since Februray, I have been trying to retrieve my money. Upon the advice of my Maine state consumer protection office as well as my local bank (where I also filed a claim), I returned the camera with a delivery confirmation and now 4 weeks later, numerous emails, half-baked and poorly written remarks is all I can show for it. What angers me most is that this was a gift for y 11 year old daughter who is not only without her camera, she and her parents have also learned an important lesson about thieves masquerading as "online retailers"....
Silicon Valley Peripherals should be put out of business immediately before other decent folks are taken advantage of as we have!
