SK Auto Parts / Neko Enterprise ripoff, they never sent the part but collected the money instantly. Brownsville Texas

I had bought an ECM from you on 26th of February for USD 100.00.Money from my debit card was deducted on the same day and I was told I'll receive ECM within 5 days.
After waiting for 10 days ,I called again as no one from Neko Enterprise contacted me & I was told that they don't have that part and If I need an ECM,I'll have to pay another USD 37.00.

I kept my patience and made USD 37.00 Payment from my Credit card.I was told I'll receive the part within 2 days, as it has been shipped overnight.

After waiting for 7 days ,I contacted them again,but still I get the response that the part is on the way.

After waiting for almost a month,I asked for cancellation of Order and I was told again that I'll receive my money in 2 days. It has been more than 10 days since I canceled my order and today I received a letter from company that money can not be refunded.

Still I'm waiting for the money.
