I ordered a 150.00 jacket a month ago, they have NO customer service whatsoever, they do not answer their phone, and their website complaint form doesn't work other than to spit out a form letter response. They finally called after almost a month to say that the item is in stock and will be shipped out that day, that was almost a week ago and they have not shipped the item!! Every time I call I get a different answer, but the fact is, they gave me a UPS tracking number but UPS does not have the package. They keep telling me the item was shipped, but UPS does not have it! I have been scammed!! Please do not order from these people under any circumstances unless you don't want to see your money again! By the way, their phone number is 303-952-2199 if you want to actually speak to a human! I called Golden City and they knew which company it was before I even told them the name, since they get so many complaints! This jacket is for my 13 year old son that saved up his money for months by mowing lawns to get it. I wonder how this Mike Bornstein guy sleeps at night, knowing he rips off kids!! What a lesson for a 13 year old to learn about adults and how some of them earn their money. Mike Bornstein, I hope you don't have children of your own.....
