Responded to an internet pop-up ad for "Trial size Beau Derma Naturally Advanced Skin Care." Ad said you pay only for postage.

I received both the skin care ointment (container 2.5 in. by 1.5 in.) and a container of "RevitaEye," (4 in. by 1 in.). The bill received was for shipping and handling on both products. all that was fine..

Two weeks later i was charged $89.95 and $85.95 for an enrollment that i never sighed up for. The products did not work even close to their claim.

After disputeing the charges with the bank and identified the company from wich i was charged which was not the same as on the invoice in the product shipment i recieved. I called the firm (I believe it is Oneders Inc. 2321 E. 4th St. Suite C #114 Santa Ana, CA 92705) to ask why i was charged and to refund the $. Brandy (the rep) appologised for not beeing satisfied with the product but their was nothing she could do about the extra charges on my card all she could do was remove my info so i wouldn't be charged monthly. after asking several times about refunding my money still to no avail i told her i would be reporting this company to the better business buro.

She "Brandy" called me back within 5mins to tell me the best she could do was give me 35%back of each charge which is better than nothing so if they actualy refund my card i will have been out $114.74 instead of $175.90 ... and BTW her 35% amount that she quoted me were also wrong by coin but still wrong!

Funny how the threat of reporting got the company to offer me something back.. But i am still not happy, so i paid $114.74 +shipping and handling for 2 products that didn't work and the headach of trying to track down the company to rectofie it... ill never buy another product from them again!!
