skechers scammer sell cheap shoes manhattan beach, California

Purchased a pair of skechers sparkle shoes for my 5 year old 42 pound daughter. Within 2 months the bottoms fell apart and became completly seperated from the shoe. I contacted sketchers and they said to send them in for a replacement. I was shocked when they returned them claiming they were just worn out. I could understand a 200 pound guy wearing shoes to work everyday out in the field for a few years wearing out a pair of tennis shoes, but a 42 pound 5 year old little girl? Bottom line is we paid almost fifty bucks for these shoes and skechers just lauged at me when i brought it to there attention. When i did mention to the lady from corporate office that the shoes seem to be made cheaper than the other 4 pairs we purchased in the past, she got a little quiet. I guess that after the way i was treated by this company, even for being a repeat customer, never again. They obviously dont care who buys their shoes, as long as they get paid!
