Skin Beauties Equinox Big Scam Florida

I ordered a lotion for 4.95 each for shipping and handling and then before I could even cancel the product my back had a debit of 89.00 & 99.00.  I called 2 phone numbers that Skin Beauties gave and got some guy from India, I could tell from his accent but I also made conversation with him and he told me he was from India. His name was John Smith.  I told him I didn't have any lotion yet and that I was wanting to cancel this debit.  He agreed to cancel my account, wich I didn't even know I had at the time, but in the mean time, another charge came thru my back in the amounts of 95.95 & 105.95.  Still no lotion. I called them again, spoke to another gentelman named Chris Mathews, also from India who said the account was not cancelled.

My bank disputed all 4 charges and I only got back the money for 105.95, the rest were reversed by the Company.  Months go by and I get some packages at my door from someone within my subdivion along with a note that said, I HAD RECIEVED THESE PACKAGES AT MY ADDRESS.  The lotion had been delivered to the wrong address.  I called Exquinox and Skin Beauties again, spoke to Chris Mathews again, I explained the situation to him again and he was aware that I had disputed the charges before but assured me that within 5 days of them recieving the merchandize I would get my money back into my account, a total of 283.95.  

I sent them back to them and no money. I called last week and spoke to another guy, who said that I would get a call back with 48 hours. I week later, no call back, no money and so I call them again, spoke to Andrew Smith, Supervisor who said I could not get a refund due to it being 30 days past the refund policy they have. (this had never been mentioned to me). So now they have the lotion and my money.  They say they are not the same company, but they are... Equinox and SkinBeauties are one in the same. This is a big scam.  Be careful. I wish ther was some way to fight this. I want to become their worst nightmare.
