Skin Carver Chasper Harris He has never sent my item bought on E-bay

On 9/12/2015 i purchased a Johnny Ringo holster. It is now 11/06/2017 and still no product. I have had to reach out to him via E-mail and all he does is make up excuse after excuse and i am getting very upset with him. I have kept every e-mail response from him that he or i have sent. Feeling very pissed off and ripped off and he is some how still selling holsters on E-bay under the new name Skin Carvers, He has told me in E-mails that he will just send back my money, But months and months have gone by and still nothing I would not recommend buying anything form him. I don't know how he has got his good status on E-bay but that is the reason i bought from him in the first place. And he asks the customer to contact him instead of him contacting the customer on what the status of the order is. How he is still in business is beyond me. Please investigate this company! How many more has he done this way. Tried to deal with E=bay and paypal to no avail .
