 I ordered skin contour on 1-9-11. Expectibg at least a w week trial with follow up email/text/US mail oe phobe call. I was going to cancel product if fulk size became too expensive or trial didnt work. Before i could get to thrm ob my todays to do list, they pulled almost $200 out of my bank. I said okay, no problem, ill call thr number on my bank acct statement and cancel. Theyll have to refund my money right? I hace no full size products yet and am still in trial grace period. Ad welm as already paid for trial shipment. I call them and they refuse to be on speaker phone, i want my husband to hear too. Once i take off speaker and tell them i want to cancel and get a refund on todays (second set of) charges. They say they can cancel future shipmrnts, but im bound to full costs once i accept trial costs, because its part of terms and conditions. Yes, you should always read fine print, but charges for non trial size should not start after only 11 days from first charges. Plus i've only had the product 3 days at this point. Regardless of any fine pribt custoner has a right to refund if only the trial produce has been tried and not wanted. U cannot inagibe any fine print that says you cannot get a refund on a product you do not want and will not use. Now my bank wont let me get a dispute, until charges are not "pending" and they wont let you do a "stop payment" on any purchase where a debit card was used. Now I spend the weekend with no money, wondering if im going to have a NSF charge for the $0.96 drink that went thru before these unauthorized purchase charges went thru.
