I ordered the FREE TRIAL of Eyetensive and Skinlogic, paid the shipping and handling and waited for the products to arrive- have not received them yet. Then I read a "ripoff"report and so I called the customer service department to cancel the order. I was told that I was still within the 14 day period to cancel, given and authorization #s for both products and then told I had to pay to ship them back- even if I did not open, use or otherwise tamper with the package. othing FREE about this, and when I asked to speak to another supervisor they hung up on me.

I would NEVER order from them or recommend them to anyone else- RIPOFF
