I signed up for a 14 free trial offer. I received the product on 7/27/15, on 8/3/15 my account was charged $89.95.

The following day, 8/4/15, I called to cancel the offer and request a refund.

When I got a representative on the phone I could only hear every few words due to the phone line cutting in and out. After several minutes of having the Rep repeat himself I was told that I was over the 14 day period even though I only physically had the product 9 days. I disputed the fact that I was not given a true 14 day trial but was told all that could be done was have the account cancelled and they would apply a 15% refund.

I sent an email to the customer service email, they responded telling me to call the phone number. I replied explaining the problem I had with the phone line and the Rep and requested contact information for a supervisor. I received no further response from them.
