Order trial sample of skin Noir products and paid shipping on items. Then 2 weeks later was charged 89.95 and 85.95 for products on my credit card. Called customer service they would not refund my money, but would offer 35% refund and cancel my account. Stated that I agreed to terms of trial, which I said I did not. Also said I could not. This is a complete ripoff.
