Skin Optics (Santa Ana, CA) WORLD's WORST RIP-OFF! Santa Ana California

I ordered this SKIN OPTICS Anti-Wrinkle Skin Cream product online from an ad for "trial sample" moisturizing anti-wrinkle cream on a deceptive website in early February. It was promptly shipped (a TINY jar) for the advertised price of $4.95, but I was later surprised to be billed for $89.95 for the product. By the time the charge appeared on my credit card, the company claimed I was beyond the cancellation period. I disputed so as to get the charge removed from my credit card  - but the scammers sent another shipment and charged a SECOND time for $94.95! After I called and asked about returning that shipment (unopened) by phone, the cosmetic company associates told me NOT to bother returning the product and that they would cancel the "program." I disputed the second charge and  I received another credit from my credit card company - but later found out the cosmetic scam artists produced their "policy" for my credit card company and would have those charges returned to them. My own credit card company told me that since I was never provided with  documentation of my attempts at phone cancellations that their hands were tied in the matter.  This company by that time had changed their website - what a surprise!  Don't get scammed by them!!!!!!
