I made a big costly mistake. I read a circular and made an appointment with Skin Perfect in Walnut California. I wanted to get rid of the dark patches of skin on my forehead and hands.

I met with the doctor and he proceeded to tell me that I needed three treatments of IPL on my face and hands. If I included my chest ,also he would include 4 silk peels to exfoliate all of my dead skin. So let's recap...9 visits of IPL, 4 silk peels and one small bottle of hydroquine 6% lighten my dark spots. All this for $1000.00. He bragged that he could botox all areas of my face for only $248. Such a deal....wrong.

The situation became alarming...five minutes after I wrote the check. As I'm preparing for my first IPL, the nurse operating the laser stated that the laser couldn't remove the dark patches of skin on my hands and face. The "doctor" said he would give my additional creme to lighten my spots. I believed the "doctor."

He lied. First he wasn't a doctor. To this day, I don't know what he is. He could be a P.A.. I learned that tidbit from the nurse after my first visit. The dark patches have improved just slightly after using all the treatments except for one IPL and facial. Months later, I'm at the same place I started from.

Today, I went in to finish my treatments and take advantage of the greattttt Botox offer he had bragged about. When I got there and proceeded to wait 35 minutes, he increased the cost by $110.00. I left. Also, my laser and peel appointment weren't on the schedule.

This was now the second time that I arrived and all the procedures were mistakenly not scheduled.

Let me share with you another lousy experience. Another customer was calling this office a "bait and switch Shop" when I was coming in for an appointment. Why didn't I listen to her?

After my first IPL, I developed a large blister that wouldn't heal and at that time I finally met the real doctor....his brother. He told me that the IPL services wouldn't get rid of my melasma. He gave me a dimes worth of non labeled cream and switched my treatment with the nastiest attitude I've ever seen in a medical office. He was angry at his brother for giving services away for nothing.

In my estimation, that is exactly what their services are worth.....nothing...

Don't go to this facility...learn from my mistakes....Go to a doctor and get a prescription for triluma. You'll save yourself thousands. Whatever you do.....don't enter the little office on the left.....You'll be sold procedures you don't need. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
