Skin Research Institute Never received 2 items that were purchased Santa Monica CA

I ordered a blow dryer and a straightener from Skin Research Institute. I made this purchase online. Although, I registered with them, I never received any information regarding a shipping date or a tracking number so I could get an idea of when I would receive the items I ordered. The first time I called customer service, I was placed on hold and when she started speaking to me again, I could hear her, but she said she couldn’t hear me.

At any rate, she said the item had been shipped and was in-transit. She sent me an email with one tracking number-for 2 shipping companies-USPS & DHL. I tried USPS Tracking first. The information I was given said that a shipping label was created, but they had not received the items at their shipping facility. I tried DHL Tracking next. The information I was given said, No Records Found. I called SRI, again. I asked the representative about my order.

The call was placed on hold and, once again, when she came back on the line, I could hear her, but she couldn’t hear me, supposedly. She called me back and gave me a new tracking number and said my order was sent out February 19th and was in-transit with DHL. I repeated the tracking number she gave me before hanging up. I entered the number on the DHL website. After doing so, it came back-No Records Found. To date, I haven’t received anything from SRI except bogus information.
