I spoke to a third party customer service rep on the 14th day from ordering my sample to cancel/return the product. He was unable to refund my money because it already cleared my account. He did cancel my subscription.

I didn't receive the product for nine days after I ordered it. I'm reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau as well.
