Skin Solace/ZKO Face treatments Company send me a free Trial and later charge my account $186.80 claiming they send me more products and there were no returns allowed. Even though I told them their products damage my skin and I will send them back as soon as I receive them. Reno Nevada

I signed up for a trial $5.95 for ZKO Eyecare and $4.95 for ZKO Skincare Anti-Aging Cream, this product arrived right before I went on a two weeks’ vacation trip, when I arrived back I notice my account was charge twice one for $91.90 and $94.90. Immediately went online to search the company website and all I could find were reviews about scams from this company. I went back to my email to find any emails from them and sure enough my two order confirmations for 5.94 and 4.95 with a phone number. I call them and explain the product damage my skin and I don't want it, all I want is my $186.80 back. Well they told me that was not possible they don't take returns and the only thing they could do is cancel my account from that day forward. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..I called my bank to dispute the transactions. And I'm now waiting to hear from my bank.
