Skincare Fullfillment Serene oil Charging Credit card, Fraud Orange California

I work for a gentlemen who uses Amazon only. He orders all kinds of items from Amazon. He started getting Serene CBD oil in the mail, with a receipt in the box stating "No charge". He started getting shipments of this oil more and more. So he called the company and he was told he was not being charged for it, that it was Amazon credit. He recently received his credit card bill and this Skincare Fullfillment has been charging him $100 for a tiny bottle of cbd oil that HE did not obligate to. He mailed back the unopened bottles and they still charged him. We are taking this matter to the local Credit union for investigation. We contacted Amazon, and they have no record of a obligation or commitment for this item. This company is scamming people. If this happens to you, cancel your cards so you can't continue to get charged for something you didn't obligate to.
