Ad on internet refers to Joanne Gaines supporting this product and for short time providing a free sample of the Allura Serum and eye cream. Only needed to pay for shipping costs for the free samples it says which was $10.90 and charged to my credit card. Once I had completed my order on the internet I did print the final invoice thankfully because no further confirmation was ever sent to me via email or by mail. Again, thankfully I did print that final transaction page so that I had backup for reconciliation purposes. This page I noticed did not give any company address or contact info but was able to find Allura's customer service who now says they can't find my order even though there's an order # and the skincarerestore.com at the bottom of it which led me to this Contact info page. From here I was able to find contact info as follows: Allura Anti Aging Serum PO Box 20800 Fountain Valley, CA 92728; email info@alluraskinbeauty.com and Customer Service # 888 736 3712 and states for Fulfillment Center same info. I was never contacted to stop a future order of any kind, or received anything. Never made aware that I was going to be charged for something I never ordered basically. I was charged over $160 for two products it seems (apparently for the free samples that I had paid month before the $10.90 for shipping). Never said I had to return the items either so can only assume this is a major scam. In trying to reach out, I got an email days later noting the following (and notice that the item is referred to as "Allura Anti Aging" but this says "Allure"... interesting.....

Hope this helps to get the people behind this stopped and that we do get our money back! Ridiculous and shampe on Joanne Gaines for supporting this and making people feel this has to be okay to order as a sample ...never knew samples could cost so much! UGH
