I placed on order for a skinhale product over 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. I still have not received the item and when I go to the website and check my order status it says "awaiting fulfillment". The company has no email address, no phone number & no live chat option to follow up on my order. They only have a contact form for you to fill out which is missing when you click the link. I was able to send several messages under the messages tab but never received a response.

This product and company were recommended on several legit websites but my dealings with this company have been less than ideal. They take your money, never send the item and do not make an attempt to contact you.
