Skinlush Royal cosmetics Got a hold of a customer service who finally found my account after I got bounced off to 4 different customer service. I explained to her why I wanted to cancell my order but she told me my orders cannot be cancelled because it has been shipped. the customer service refused to tell me. Internet

I also found the company on Facebook that offered a free trial of Royalty Skin Serum, but pay for shipping.  When I checked out, it forced me to order another product that I didn't want so I skipped, continued to check out and there was another product.  The website forces you to buy the product even if you skip it.

Then I backed off by goinig to the previous page to cancel.  There's no page to cancel it so I left the website. Simultaneously, I found my bank account has been charged. I called the number that showed up on the back statement to try to cancel the order.  The customer service rep (CR) could not find any orders under my name or address so he sent me to another CR, then I got bounced off to 3 more different CRs until I finally got to talked to one who found my order.  I explained to her I need to cancel the order but she told me it cannot be cancelled because the products have been shipped.

People, I learned my lesson.  Be careful about these ads in Facebook.  I feel I was forced to buy their product becuase they already have my credit card information.  I had to inactivate my credit card account.
