Skinny IQ total abuse of debit card information given Unique Henderson Nevada

This company came up as a pop up when I was trying to apply for online survey registration to try and make a little extra money.  That is why I thought it was safe, because I did a web check of the survey group and found positive results.

They sent the product and in 6 days charged my credit card 95.06, when they had already charged it 1.03 and 3.87 for random processing and mailing cost.  They say they were giving me 8 days to try the product, which is no where on the information which you fill out. 

When I called and complained and told them I would be returing it unopened, withing two days they gave me 70.00 back in my account.  This woman whom I spoke to said they would return the balance when the product was returned and received unopened.  They gave me an RMA number and I returned the unopened product. 

Ten days after they received it.... I called to find out where my balance of my refund was and they told me they had given me all the refund I was going to get.... only on orders of 2 or more are there full refunds...... I cited their website and the person I was speaking with (very broken english) told me I had my refund.  I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said he was one and there was nothing else he could do for me. 

I am going to call them back at the original phone number (which is at home and I am on my break at work) and see if I get a different response.  I am also going to check with my bank to see if there is any recourse.  I will update this as I can.
