Same story as everyone else.  Received my letter yesterday stating I owe 177$ on a lease that was ended over 6 years ago. I called them today and the client services reps were very rude and unprofessional.  They of course would not give any amplifying information on this billing or provide any evidence that I owe anything.  I was able to close down the account before the charge went through, but now they say they will turn it over to collections.  There are 52 of us on this board plus another 25 or so on another board I found.  If each of us take the few minutes required to submit a complaint to the attorney generals office, maybe we can get them to take action.  I honestly don't know what it takes to get the AGs office engaged, but if we can submit 100 complaints in a one month period, perhaps that is enough to set something in motion.  Please go to the site www.oag.state.ny.us and submit a consumer complaint.
