SkyGreen Construction LLC Taking more than 4x longer to complete project and constantly lies Tempe Arizona

We were told it would take 3 weeks to do a kitchen, bath and flooring remodel job.  It is now the end of 11 weeks and still not done, with at least 2 weeks of solid work still left.  He took half the money up front, demoed, then sends 1-2 people every few days to work on it for a few hours each time.  We have overheard his workers express their frustration because he won’t let them finish a job.  He pulls them after only a few hours to send them somewhere else to work.  Recently it was 3 weeks straight of no working on the original project.  He used inexperienced laborers to install a glass tile surround in the bathroom, which turned out terrible.  That has taken 3 weeks and 3 tries to fix.  Not all of the work is quality.  Greg, the owner, tells lie after lie.  We honestly don't think he knows he is doing it, he tells so many.  He makes promises of workers being there but they don’t show up…time after time.  We have caught him in other lies as well.  However long he tells you it will take, count on it taking at least 3x longer...for everything.  The flooring was installed at the beginning, which means his people have beat it up really bad throughout the job.  We had to finally cover the floor with construction paper ourselves to protect it.  The flooring should have been installed at the end but he insisted on installing it at the beginning.  Many of his workers leave messes behind.  All of the cabinets were not ordered at once.  Each order takes 3 weeks to come in so everything is delayed that much longer.  I have worked for five general contractors.  I know how it should be.  This is so unprofessional.
