Skylight paycard Netspend Unfounded overdraft fees, unethical business practices,possibly taking advantage of special needs individuals Internet

 I have my paycheck direct deposited to skylight paycard,on one occasion I was charged overdraft charges even though my paycheck had been deposited. Realizing their mistake they sent me a message stating the money would be put back never happened. Two weeks ago I was charged with repeated over draft fees and my account was 300.00in the green. Today is payday and because their company has become part of netspend I am just now finding out that I have to resubmit my paperwork. So it will more than likely be 3-5 days before check is cleared. I work for a nonprofit whos objective is people with special needs. I cant help but wonder what bogus fees they have stolen from my coworkers that dont grasp all the ways of fees and banking. I have been ripped off more than once from this company. And their is no one live to speak with. Just phone operators. I do know that if I have to fill out new paper work I am switching direct deposit companies.
