Skyline Corporation refuses to honor 15-month no nonsense new home warranty Elkhart Indiana

My new home is full of mold as the result of wet wood (floor) products being used during the production. I have been trying to get the local plant (Ocala, Florida) to resolve the problem which is causing serious health problems. Skyline has removed the vinyl floor covering off the kitchen floor and treated the floors with common laundry bleach, which is a violation of OSHA regulations and protocol. Per the Clorox Company, Oakland CA, manufacturer and distributor of Ultra Clorox, "mold remediation involves the need to disinfect wood and wood-based building materials, all of which are porous materials. Thus, chlorine bleach should not be used in mold remediation as confirmed by OSHA's Mold Remediation / Clean Up Methods guidelines."

We have a 15 month new home warranty. The health issues range from disabling migraines to hospitalization with pneumonia possibly connected to toxic mold. We have pictures, lab reports, clean up proposals and have even saved the vinyl, (properly sealed and out of the home) to prove the extent of the mold growth.

We paid for our new $100,000.00 home and we can't live in it and we can't sell. We are too old to start over with a big mortgage. There is no governmental or private consumer organizations to help us. We cannot find an attorney to help. We have literally fallen into a hole with no way out. We are almost as devastated as Katrina victims. Is there anyone out there to help us force Skyline to honor the new home warranty?
