Skyline Homes ripoff Elkhart Indiana Or Epharta Pennsylvania Nationwide

we baught a home from skyline in march 05... i have been trying to get someone to make repairs to my home since then... a few times skyline sent out these guys from harley constuction in wv and let me tell you the job was horrible... my home looks worse now than it did then... skyline is a ripoff i have told them that... i also told them i was contacting the bbb and i did although the bbb does not seem to care either. our home is litterly falling apart .. the walls are way apart, the floors are not right, the cupboards a slanting, not straight not at all, condensation all over the windows of our home, not one peice of trim is flush... and i mean not one. carpet had nail s or tacs everywhere, my children had them sticking in there feet and i did also.. they came in with a hammer and hit the carpet and said there you go, skyline will not come fix our house they keep putting us off, the home only came with a fifteen month warrenty and i think they are trying there best to let it run out. i have no clue where to go from here... i have contacted just about everyone i know we paid 72000 dollars cash money for this home and i cant even call it that.... im so disappointed that i have no clue what to do next... i know im about to contact a lawyer. its just a shame that you spend money for the home then you have to pay a lawyer to get you what you bought and paid for. 72000 now adays might not sound like alot but to me it is... i work and live paycheck to paycheck and it took us many years to save so we would not have to pay interest.
