I activated an account with brokerage Skyline Markets through a binary trading robot Optionrobot with the understanding that 88% of my trades will be successful. Before I activated my account, I used a demo account to see if it will really fulfill the advertised success rates. It worked perfectly and I really thought this will be the answer for a primary income. This brokerage also made a promise of a 25% deposit bonus for micro accounts. When I activated the account by making a deposit of $250 I did not receive the 25% bonus. Furthermore, when I started to use the robot platform, I started to lose money at an alarming rate. I realised that the robot was rigged in such a way that it performed well when it it's run in demo mode, but will take all your money if left to run in live move. I received a phone call from a broker from skyline, but due to internet connection problems could not connect to my trading platform as he requested. I asked him to phone me after 5 minutes. Needless to say, I am still waiting. I then phoned skyline regarding my account as I had need of assistance in trying to get my money back which I lost through the robot. The person on the phone told me that the specific broker will phone me back when he has time. Again, no phone call. I contacted them through their chat facility and complained about everything as mentioned above and then asked about the 25% bonus. The answer I received from Michael was that I was suppose to ask for the bonus. I told him it is offered as part of the account upon which he said the bonus is only available if they run a promotion and that there it's no promotion currently. However if you go to account types it is clearly stipulated under micro accounts add part of activation the account. It is not a promotion. He also asked why I did not ask for the bonus when my broker contacted me. He then contradicted himself and said the promotion is now running but only if I make a new deposit. I requested a full refund of my $250, which they refused.
