Awful, unprofessional, misleading? They damaged our vehicle parking our car at Chateau Briand catering hall. The valet reported that the car was hit while parked, however when we received the pollice report this information was found to be innaccurate. The valet company was driving the car when the accident happened. The total amount of damages sustained was appoximately $5000 which they refused to pay for and tried pushing us to take it to their own body shop. The owner of the valet company said damages should be around 3K when he didn't even see pictures of the car or what it looked like. The car not only has cosmetic damage, but also frame damage. The end result- they did not do the right thing, and I had to go through my own insurance. I had to lay out a deductable when I wasn't even in the car when this happened. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
