I ordered a tv antenna from skylink, received it, installed it according to their instructions, would only pick up 15 channels. the cost of the antenna was $80. I contacted skylink & explained the situation to them & to see if I could get a refund once I sent the antenna back. they informed me they do not do refunds on equipment that is not defective. it is a ripoff if you cant use it in your area.
